From bittitan.com in September 2026: a mailbox is US$14 up to 50 GB; the User Migration Bundle is US$17.50 per user with unlimited data and Teams private chat; Shared Documents are US$25 per library up to 50 GB or US$48 up to 100 GB; Teams Collaboration is US$48 per team up to 100 GB; and the Tenant Migration Bundle is US$57 per user. Each is a fair price for a small item. Together, on a tenant with hundreds of users, dozens of libraries and many teams, they add up quickly and the total is hard to predict before you have counted everything.

Where BitTitan MigrationWiz is stronger
BitTitan built its name on mailbox migration and it remains the obvious choice for that. In fairness:
- Mailboxes: MigrationWiz moves mailboxes at US$14 each, and the User Migration Bundle at US$17.50 includes mailbox, documents and Teams private chat. ShareShift does not migrate mailboxes at all.
- Very small tenants: a 20-user firm can migrate everything on the Tenant Migration Bundle for US$1,140, which is less than a ShareShift Annual licence. Below roughly 50 users the per-user model tends to be cheaper.
- A hosted service with no software to run: BitTitan runs entirely in its cloud. ShareShift needs at least one worker machine inside your network.
- Source breadth we have not verified: if you need sources outside file shares, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams and Planner, confirm them with BitTitan.

Is BitTitan cheaper than ShareShift?
For very small tenants, yes: the per-user model wins below roughly 50 users. For a 250-user tenant the Tenant Migration Bundle is US$14,250 against ShareShift Annual at $2,995, and the gap widens with every extra library and team because ShareShift has no per-object charges.
Can I use BitTitan for mail and ShareShift for everything else?
Yes, and it is a sensible split. Use MigrationWiz for mailboxes and use ShareShift for SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams channels, Planner and file shares, where it has no per-library or per-team pricing and keeps content inside your network.
What does the 100 GB tier mean for a large library?
On BitTitan's price list a Shared Documents licence covers a library up to 50 GB for US$25 or up to 100 GB for US$48, and a Teams Collaboration licence covers a team up to 100 GB. ShareShift has no gigabyte tiers: a 2 TB library costs the same as a 2 GB one.
Does ShareShift keep our content out of the vendor's cloud?
