A worker is a machine running ShareShift. Three are included on every plan; add more at $50 per worker per month. Workers buy bandwidth and reach into separate networks, not extra Microsoft API budget, which Microsoft sets per tenant.

Essentials
Everything ShareGate Essentials migrates, plus the Pro-tier tooling, with three workers instead of one machine.
